They say that fitness starts in the kitchen - and they're totally right! You can't outrun a bad diet, which is why we've launched a fantastic healthy eating plan to keep you on track while you work on your fitness.

Our six-week meal plan provides a daily guide on what to eat, drink and snack on, and is best paired with one of our Bikini Plans. Fitness expert Olivia Cooney has helped us develop this healthy and affordable plan, which fits around even the busiest of lifestyles.

With three meal options per day and added snacks, you'll certainly be hitting all your nutrient goals for the day, and you won't go hungry! We've even included some healthy indulgences such as the microwaved Bootea Brownie, for those little treats along the way!
